CENTER FOR LEADERSHIP
AND CULTURE

Leaders launching leaders.

About the Center

Organizations don’t lack leaders. They lack intentional leaders who get results while growing potential and developing future leaders.

This requires an intentional approach to leadership development.

Our Vision

Our vision is to launch intentional leaders in every organization, and our mission is threefold:

  • Raise the bar for leadership: setting new expectations for leaders around growing people, achieving results, and building momentum.

  • Bring every leader along: investing in leaders from any organization committed to leadership transformation.

  • Create impact that transforms: changing organizations from the inside out through organizational cultures influenced by intentional leadership

How can we help develop your leaders?

About the Founder

The Center for Leadership and Culture was established by Founder & CEO Jonathan Bissell, an organizational consultant, executive coach and master facilitator based in the Silicon Valley region of Northern California.

Through his role as CEO of High Performance Impact and work with hundreds of leaders and organizations across multiple sectors, Jonathan became convinced of the need to address the demanding realities of leadership with a simple, practical and replicable approach to leadership development.

This conviction led to the development of the Intentional Leader Framework©, and the subsequent establishment of the Center for Leadership and Culture.
