We offer in-person retreats and workshops, virtual workshops, and extended programs. Offerings are designed for both internal leaders (leadership teams or leader groups) or external leaders (sector-specific or cross-sector leaders).
In-person leadership workshops and retreats

We offer coaching to leaders at all levels, customized to the specific goals of each leader.
We provide the following coaching options:
1:1 Coaching with Individual Leaders. We bring in coaches to work with individual leaders.
1:1 Coaching with a Cohort of Leaders. We bring in a group of coaches to support the cohort.
Coaching Across the Organization. We work with you to design a customized coaching program for your leaders, and we bring in coaches to support the program.
Team Coaching: We coach leadership teams
Group Coaching: We coach groups of leaders (within companies, or from different organizations)
Outcomes: Your leaders receive transformational coaching that multiplies leadership effectiveness across the organization.

We come alongside you to listen and understand your specific leadership context, needs, and desired outcomes, and provide strategic consultation for your leadership, team, culture, or organization.

Our Intentional Leader Facilitator Certification is designed to equip Coaches, Trainers, Facilitators, Consultants, internal leaders, and HR and L&D professionals to use our proprietary Intentional Leader© Framework.
